Natural deodorant is good for your health and good for the environment. Choose a natural deo with or without baking soda. If you’re experiencing itchiness or irritation, then a deodorant without baking soda is the best option for you! Baking soda has an antibacterial effect and neutralises odours, but there are also good alternatives like diatomaceous earth. This is a more basic ingredient that’s closer to your body’s natural pH level, so it won’t cause skin irritation.
